Day 1
Inspire
Showcases and external speakers show what's possible and help attendees envision what they can build.
Before you run the program, make the key decisions and preparations so your sessions are grounded in the outcomes you want to create. Start with your teams' current skill level, the tools they can access, and the workflows you want them to improve.

Use this page to design the shape of your AI Builders Week. Your program can be a dedicated week, a month-long series, or a recurring session, but the agenda should still connect inspiration, training, and practical build time.
The examples below show how Atlassian sequenced the program as our teams matured. Use them as sample agendas, not fixed schedules. Replace Atlassian tools, speakers, and workflows with the ones your teams use.
Day 1
Showcases and external speakers show what's possible and help attendees envision what they can build.
Day 2
Hands-on training for leveraging AI across the full SDLC.
Day 3
Applying learnings, with the entire day dedicated to hands-on practice and building.
Day 4
Teams share what they learned, built, and broke with live demos and prizes.

| Stage 3: Apply the foundations | |
Capstone project Build | The Capstone project is the culmination of the week. It's where participants put AI learnings into practice and demonstrate new ways of working. Roll up your sleeves and create something in teams of 2 or more. |
Hands on Lab: Creating custom agents with Atlassian Studio Build | Build your own custom agents to automate and change your daily tasks like reviewing code errors, synthesizing feedback, creating DACIs, or reviewing metrics. |
Crack the Code on LLM Evals Build | Join a hands-on masterclass on how to elevate the quality of AI applications through effective evals. You'll learn how to design and score LLM evals, read results, and apply a simple rubric to review wins and patterns. |
| Stage 4: Share and reflect | |
Wrap Up | Live celebration of learnings and reflections. |
